We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing construction industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. This role requires proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. The Project Manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved, and negotiating and administering subcontractor and vendor contracts.
