Responsabilidades

MY.GAMES is a European game developer and publisher with more than 1 billion registered players. Its portfolio includes games such as War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, and War Robots: Frontiers.

Задачи:

• Build and manage partnerships to launch new game projects, guiding partner studios toward global launch and overseeing operational processes
• Track market trends, genres, and competitors, and turn data into insights that shape the company’s focus and strategy
• Scout promising studios and projects that could become MY.GAMES’ next hits
• Support the MGVC Publishing team with internal communications and presentations for senior management and partners
• Manage projects and processes to ensure MGVC Publishing projects have the services they need, working closely with internal service teams

Требования:

• University degree 1–2 Years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similarly fast-paced, analytics-heavy environment
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
• Fluent EnglishExperience using AI tools for research, analysis, and preparing materials
• Strong interest in games and in-depth knowledge of the industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through independently
• Strong writing skills and ability to create clear, well-structured presentations
