MY.GAMES ищет лид-данной инженерной команды: руководителя команды дата-инженеров для ведения разработки end-to-end, планирования и взаимодействия с аналитиками и продуктом. Указываются навыки Python, SQL, Spark и опыт работы с Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake/ClickHouse.

Возможна удаленная работа, глобальная команда и возможность влиять на архитектуру проектов в мобильной и PC/консольной игре.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Руководить командой дата-инженеров и вести процесс разработки от начала до завершения.
• Проводить еженедельное планирование, ежедневные стендапы и Planning Poker.
• Согласовывать работу с аналитикой и командами продукта.
• Вносить вклад в архитектуру новых проектов и поддерживать существующие системы.
• Оптимизировать и автоматизировать процессы разработки.

• Lead a team of data engineers, driving the development process end-to-end
• Run team rituals: Weekly Planning, Daily Standups, Planning Poker
• Coordinate closely with the analytics and product teams
• Contribute to architecture design for new projects
• Support and extend functionality of our existing systems
• Optimize and automate development workflows

Требования

• Apache Airflow
• Apache Spark

• Experience with object storage / data lakes (S3; Apache Iceberg is a plus)
• Kafka
• Production-level Python and SQL
• Experience leading a team of 3–5 people, or working as a tech lead with real ownership of deadlines
• Track record of cross-functional projects spanning engineering, analytics, and product
• Ability to give — and hold to — time estimates
• Experience with knowledge transfer and documentation
• Strong, constructive communication skills
• Будет плюсом: Understanding of product analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer, MyTracker, ad network trackers) — a strong plus; Background in ad-tech, mobile analytics, or marketing analytics; Experience with storage migrations and cross-region infrastructure moves; Experience using AI tools and agentic approaches in data engineering; Apache Iceberg
