Job summary

Dennis Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex food and beverage facility projects nationwide. You will interface with owners, A/E teams, subs and building officials, guiding scope, cost and schedule through design, bidding, construction and startup.

Expect to manage multiple tasks, travel extensively (50%+ overnight), and collaborate with in-house engineers, designers and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management / Architecture / Engineering
• 4+ years in design-build/general contracting with multi-discipline teams
• Experience with MEP industrial construction projects, preferably food & beverage or pharma
• Experience with project scheduling, estimating, and safety practices
• Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring scope, cost and schedule targets are met
• Develop project scope, budget, schedule and critical path elements
• Prepare purchase/work authorizations and maintain client SharePoint site
• Coordinate design teams and construction teams across multiple sites
• Develop and review engineering deliverables and construction cost estimates
• Oversee permitting, regulatory approvals and procurement planning
• Maintain project records, meeting notes and monthly reports
