Dennis Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead food and beverage facility projects from design concept through commissioning. You will coordinate design teams, clients, and contractors to keep scope, cost, and schedule on track across multiple sites in the US and Canada.

The role requires 4+ years in design-build with MEP disciplines, strong leadership, and the willingness to travel overnight at least 50% of the year. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management / Architecture / Engineering.
• 4+ years in design-build with multiple in-house engineer disciplines.
• 4+ years on MEP industrial construction projects (food/bev or pharma).
• 4+ years in Building construction, scheduling, estimating, and safety.
• Overnight travel ≥50% per year; willingness to travel across US/Canada.
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through commissioning and ensure scope, cost, and schedule meet targets.
• Develop project scope, budget, schedule, and critical path elements.
• Coordinate design teams, suppliers, and client communications.
• Prepare procurement plans, RFIs, and subcontracts.
• Maintain project records and monthly reports.
• Oversee risk assessments and safety compliance.
