Job summary

Dennis Group in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Project Manager to lead food and beverage facility projects from concept through commissioning. You will coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams and ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met.

The role requires travel, strong leadership, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams. Proven PM track record in design-build environments is preferred, with familiarity in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 4+ years in design-build or GC with multiple in-house disciplines.
• 4+ years in MEP industrial construction projects, preferably food/beverage or pharmaceutical.
• 4+ years as a Project Manager with a proven PM track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through commissioning with budget and schedule control.
• Develop RFI and procurement plans and manage bid processes.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, and client communications.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain project records.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
