Job summary

The Third Group is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end technology delivery across Rates & FX hybrid broking platforms (voice and electronic). You will drive BAU enhancements, regulatory changes, and large integration programs with strong planning, governance, and budget control.

You will coordinate IT, Compliance, Operations, Data, and Infrastructure teams, reporting to senior stakeholders and guiding delivery through SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

Job description

We're hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end technology delivery across our Rates & FX hybrid broking platforms (voice and electronic), covering BAU enhancements, regulatory change, and integration programs. The role requires strong delivery discipline, planning, milestone management, governance and steering routines, RAID/risk management, and budget tracking with Finance alongside enough product knowledge to prioritize and manage dependencies across a portfolio of initiatives.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Operations, Data, Infrastructure), act as the primary point of contact for delivery communications to senior stakeholders, and drive execution across SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record delivering technology change in financial services (ideally Rates & FX trading technology), in-depth knowledge of hybrid broking models and front-to-back trading workflows, and 5+ years of experience managing senior stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with AI-assisted delivery tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Kiro) to improve reporting, documentation, and SDLC efficiency is a strong plus, as is awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks (MiFID, EMIR, FCA) and modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD).

Compensation:
$190,000 per year
