Job Overview

Seeking a strong Project Manager to manage technology initiatives within Trading & Operations. The candidate will coordinate developers, Business Analysts, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Developers, BAs, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure timely, quality delivery.

Must Have

• Strong Project Management experience in Financial Services.
• Experience working with Developers and Business Analysts in a technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, project planning, risks, timelines, and delivery.
• Experience in Asset Management, Credit Funds / Private Credit, Investment Management, Trading, or Capital Markets.
• Understanding of investment/trading operations, such as portfolio management, trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliation, or portfolio accounting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with OMS/EMS, investment platforms, trading platforms, or market data systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
