Job summary

Bradsby Group is seeking a Project Manager for EV Fleet Infrastructure to lead depot projects from pre-construction through NTP, construction and commercial operation. You will manage ground-up site development, civil, electrical, interconnection and supporting structures.

You will coordinate contractors, run RFPs, and oversee budgets, schedules and risks while leading the charging infrastructure and interconnection efforts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in EV charging, fleet depot development, construction, engineering or similar infrastructure.
• Experience taking an EV fleet charging depot from dirt lot through full construction and operation.
• Strong civil/site development experience: grading, paving, drainage, stormwater and underground infrastructure.

COMPENSATION: $150k to $175k base + ~20% bonus

LOCATION: Remote – U.S.

TRAVEL: As needed

OFFICE: Remote

REPORTS TO: EV Fleet Infrastructure / Construction Leadership

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead EV fleet depot projects from pre-construction through NTP, construction and commercial operation.
• Manage ground-up site development including civil, electrical, utility interconnection, paving, drainage, stormwater and supporting structures.
• Lead contractors, vendors and engineering partners.
• Run RFPs and negotiate construction/procurement contracts.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and key milestones.
• Coordinate high-power charging infrastructure and utility make-ready/interconnection.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years in EV charging, fleet depot development, construction, engineering or similar infrastructure.
• Candidates must have taken an EV fleet charging depot from a dirt lot through full construction and operation.
• Strong civil/site development experience: grading, paving, drainage, stormwater, underground infrastructure and structures.
• Experience with high-power DC fast charging / EVSE and utility interconnection.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules and construction risk.
• EV/AV fleet, rideshare, logistics, transit or similar fleet charging experience preferred.
• Solar/BESS experience is a plus.
