Job summary

Denken Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to drive charging infrastructure partnerships for our fleet operations. You will help develop sourcing strategies for charging sites and services supporting a robotaxi fleet.

You will evaluate sites with internal stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to cost models and dashboards to guide partnership decisions. This role requires strong communication, independent work, and a proactive, AI-aware mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, partnerships, or vendor management.
• Ability to present concise leadership-ready recommendations.
• Strong communication and independent task handling across stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI to streamline internal processes.

• Program Manager, Charging Infrastructure Partnerships
• This role sits within the Charging Infrastructure team, part of the client's broader Fleet Operations organization.
• In this role, you will support client’s charging infrastructure partnerships to develop and execute sourcing strategies for charging sites and services needed to support client’s fleet of robotaxis.
• This includes identifying and vetting charging providers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to support the build-out of a cost-effective, reliable, and scalable charging network.

Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation of charging sites with key internal stakeholders by leading internal cross-functional reviews and leadership approval processes.
• Maintain relationships with charging infrastructure partners, serving as a point of contact for day-to-day site and commercial matters.
• Assist in contract negotiations with charging providers and own post-signature contract management.
• Help to build cost models and track total cost of ownership to support partnership decisions.
• Support reporting and dashboarding for contracting and site status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, partnerships, vendor management, or charging/EV infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and present clear, concise recommendations in leadership-ready presentations.
• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage and track partnership and contract details.
• Desire to use AI to improve efficiency in internal processes.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience engaging with EVSE suppliers or charging site development providers.
