We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead project oversight and preconstruction estimating efforts from concept to closeout. This dual-role position is ideal for a highly organized individual who can balance field execution with preconstruction responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and technical knowledge across a range of project types including commercial, aviation, education, institutional, and/or healthcare construction. No multi-family.
