Opportunity

As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing multiple projects, including negotiated design/build and plan/specification projects. Experience in quantity take-off, estimating, and project management in construction is essential. We self-perform concrete work and other trades, making accuracy in quantity take-offs critical. This position is ideal for construction professionals passionate about their craft and eager to tackle daily challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience with hard-bid, negotiated, design-build projects, and conceptual estimates.
• Strong knowledge of industrial or commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s or associate's degree in building construction technology or engineering preferred.
• Prior field trade or supervisory experience is a plus.
• At least 3 years of project management and estimating experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Timberline, Suretrack, Primavera, Paydirt, or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence.
