Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager for a Commercial Building project in Colorado Springs. The role emphasizes leadership, precise budget control, and scheduling discipline to deliver complex work on time and within budget.

You will drive CPM scheduling, manage subcontractors, oversee RFIs and submittals, and lead Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction, a B.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry.
• No more than 2 companies in 5 years, or 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must have prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $3M+.
• Must have good references from previous employer.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Must have prior experience as a Project Engineer; processing RFIs, submittals, etc.
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Healthcare and/or educational project experience preferred.
• Leadership: takes ownership and accountability; fosters teamwork; leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management and drive schedule adherence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and resource needs.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules and track progress.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor weekly meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent, subs, and engineers.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with owner requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
