Job summary

The Premier Group in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ground-up commercial projects across multiple sectors.

You will own contracts, budgets, buyouts, cost control, schedules, and client relationships, traveling across Colorado as needed. A strong track record in commercial PM and Procore proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, buyout and cost control.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. OSHA 30 may be required.
• Willingness to travel across Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, buyout, cost control and financial projections.
• Review plans, specifications and contract documents.
• Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Manage owner pay applications and monthly project reporting.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain project schedules.
• Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal leadership.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Maintain project quality, safety and compliance standards.

The Premier Group is partnering with an established commercial general contractor with operations in Colorado Springs and Denver to identify an experienced Project Manager.

This is an opportunity to join a team delivering complex ground-up commercial projects across hospitality, secure/SCIF facilities, mission-critical, healthcare, education, government, senior living, office and retail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and be comfortable taking ownership of contracts, budgets, buyout, cost control, change orders, schedules and client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
