What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Define and document RFPs and scope of work packages for third-party EPC firms, participating in selection and contract negotiation
  2. Conduct due diligence on potential solar sites, evaluating their suitability and reviewing various reports
  3. Act as the Owner’s Representative for EPC Contract Management on high-impact PV solar and energy storage projects
  4. Manage and coordinate utility interconnection processes and related project documentation
  5. Lead project status update meetings with management and stakeholders, facilitating discussions with detailed project plans

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Undergraduate degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent
  2. 5-10 years of professional experience in a construction project management role, preferably in renewable energy
  3. Familiarity with photovoltaic solar design and civil/structural technical knowledge
  4. Experience in distributed generation or utility-scale PV solar project construction
  5. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CPM scheduling, and project management software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Project Management Institute PMP certification
  2. Experience in energy storage projects
  3. Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  4. Ability to maintain effective interactions during stressful situations
  5. Strong partner management skills
