Description & Requirements

Join our dynamic Learning & Development team as a key player in designing, delivering, and managing professional development programs. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our partners to shape learning strategies, create engaging content, and support culture-building initiatives across the organization. If you're a proactive L&D professional with strong project management, facilitation, and instructional design skills—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Balance the workload of multiple L&D Projects per the agreed upon timelines.
  2. Support the development of short- and long-term strategies that are actionable and measurable.
  3. Provide effective project intake with development of project plans including key milestones and deliverables.
  4. Support with the implementation of communication and change management strategies.
  5. Facilitate meetings with Business Stakeholders and appropriately engage other L&D Resources.
  6. Conduct discovery activities to determine the desired performance outcomes and existing performance gaps based on business needs.
  7. Develop program assets and materials including e-learning courses, virtual events, facilitation guides, learner workbooks, job aids, etc.
  8. Facilitate and deliver classes to key populations including Supervisors, Managers, and Leaders.
  9. Collaborate with the Operations Team to package, deliver, and manage programs through the Learning Management System, as needed.
  10. Support additional HR programs and projects related to Employee Engagement, Global Impact, Belonging, and Culture as required by HR Leadership.
  11. Responsible for reporting and data management.
  12. Maintain knowledge management artifacts and support PSP ticket support gathering, analyzing, and investigating to understand problems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in L&D Project Management, Instructional Design, facilitation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key business leaders.
  • Knowledge of instructional systems design methodologies including training analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.

Maximus's compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, experience, work quality, travel requirements, market conditions, and internal pay systems. Salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include incentives and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and paid time off. Salary ranges may vary based on contract and experience, and salary history will not influence compensation decisions. Maximus complies with all applicable wage and hour regulations.

Salary Range:

Minimum: $90,780.00

Maximum: $110,000.00
