Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years' construction/project management experience including cost, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an APM or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans with schedules, logistics, manpower and task delegation.
• Track progress, finances, schedule adherence and client concerns.
• Assist with permitting documentation and subcontractor pre-qualifications.
• Prepare change orders and review submittals and RFIs for impact on schedule or cost.
• Coordinate with project accountant on billings and budget allocations.
• Oversee project closeout including all financial, contractual, and documentation delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Master/Subcontractor agreements and Po terms.
• Support Pre‑Construction and Estimating teams for subcontractor growth and qualification.
