Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Experience in on-site management and coordinating crews.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field administration and supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs, and quality control.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and progress reporting to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, owners, architects, and vendors.
• Monitor safety, inspections, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain project documentation and change orders.
