Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, seeks a solution-driven Project Manager to coordinate projects from PO receipt to delivery, acting as the main liaison with customers and coordinating internal and external communications. The role supports cross-functional teams and requires strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Teamwork attitude with willingness to learn and jump in where needed.
• Growth-oriented approach—eager to learn, meet customer needs, and contribute to team success.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on quality.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they elevate.
• Attention to detail and tracking progress.
• Lighting and/or Controls background preferred.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resources and deliverables across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer.
• Serve as liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and coordinate internal project activities.
• Provide project status reports to customers and communicate with reps and manufacturers.
• Manage change orders and communicate all project changes to the team.
• Maintain project files and ensure key information is accessible.
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project close out.
• Occasionally meet with customers to establish expectations and timelines.
