You will coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer, serving as the liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and handling internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to delivery to customer.
• Serve as liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and manage internal and external communications.
• Maintain project files and provide status updates to customers.
• Work with reps and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage change orders and communicate project changes to the team.
