Echo Electric, a leading distributor of electrical products, is seeking a solution-driven Project Coordinator for its Central Projects team. You will coordinate projects from PO receipt through delivery, serving as the primary liaison between Echo Electric and customers while handling internal coordination and external communications.

The role supports cross-functional teams, with opportunities to interact with reps and manufacturers to ensure on-time deliveries and well-documented project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Teamwork attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Growth-oriented approach—eager to learn and meet customer needs.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate needs and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to delivery to the customer.
• Serve as liaison between Echo Electric and the customer; manage internal and external communications.
• Provide project status reports to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Work with reps and manufacturers to maintain on-time deliveries.
• Manage change orders and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain project files and ensure key information is accessible.
• Meet with customers to establish expectations and timelines when needed.
