Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff field positions and projects.
• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards within guidelines.
• Build relationships with prime clients to support construction activities.
• Oversee on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Represent Rogers Electric in project meetings and strategy sessions.
• Manage project finances to protect company interests and maintain client relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
