Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget, manage submittals, RFIs, and the buyout process, and handle PCO submissions.

You’ll download updated drawings and provide field inventory support, including site visits. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or 2+ years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills
• Maintains confidentiality, open to new ideas, and adaptable
• Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings
• Accurate written communication with good editing and data interpretation
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager
• Submit PCOs for review and approval
• Download updated drawings from GC programs
• Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits
• Prepare special reports as requested by PM
• Respond promptly to daily emails
• Use construction software as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
