Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Project Engineer to lead electrical construction projects. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to keep schedules and budgets on track, manage submittals, RFIs, and buyouts, and coordinate documentation and reporting onsite.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with MS Office and construction software. You will join a team with extensive industry experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills.
• Maintains confidentiality, open to new ideas, and adaptable.
• Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings.
• Accurate written communication with good editing and data interpretation.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager.
• Submit PCOs for review and approval.
• Download updated drawings from GC programs.
• Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits.
• Prepare special reports as requested by PM.
• Respond promptly to daily emails.
• Use construction software as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
