Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a Project Manager for Electrical Construction to lead field projects, set objectives, and maintain schedules and budgets. You will build strong client relationships and oversee on-site activities while aligning with corporate standards and procedures.

The role emphasizes effective communication, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Strong MS Office proficiency is required.

• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects
