Job summary

Skywalk Global seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) across 59 Pennsylvania State Health Centers and public health programs. You will oversee planning, rollout, and transition to operations, coordinating schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, testing, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful adoption.

The role requires 7–9 years of PM experience, plus expertise in health IT/informatics, and an active PMI PMP certification.

Job description

Lead the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across 59 Pennsylvania State Health Centers and public health programs. Manage the project from planning through rollout and transition to operations, including schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements: 7–9 years of relevant project management experience; experience implementing an EHR for an organization moving from paper charts; and knowledge of health IT and informatics. Candidates must currently live in Pennsylvania, be available to work in Harrisburg two days per week as requested, and have held an active PMI PMP certification for at least five years. A copy of the active certification must be submitted with the resume. Public health and organizational change management experience are preferred.
