Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to direct the enterprise rollout of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across 59 health centers, replacing legacy paper-based charts.

Based in Harrisburg, PA with a Hybrid (2 days/week on-site) model, you will oversee PMO processes, vendor integration, and RAID-log maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification held for at least 5 years; copy required upon application.
• Hands-on EHR/EMR transition experience from paper-based environments.
• 7–9 years leading complex full-lifecycle IT projects with 8–12 month delivery cycles.
• Strong PMO methodologies, budget tracking, vendor integration, and RAID log maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the enterprise rollout of a new EHR system across 59 health centers.
• Oversee project governance, budgets, risks, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and user adoption.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications to align with organizational goals.

• Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Pennsylvania

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active PMP Certification: Held continuously for at least 5 years (Mandatory: Active certificate copy required upon application)
• EHR/EMR Transition: Proven hands-on experience implementing EHR systems where the environment was previously paper-based
• Project Management Depth: 7--9 years of experience leading complex, full-lifecycle IT projects (8--12 month delivery cycles)
• PMO & Risk Management: Strong expertise in PMO methodologies, budget tracking, vendor integration, and maintaining RAID logs

Preferred Bonus Skills

• Public Health / Health Informatics domain knowledge
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience with independent stakeholder groups
