Job summary

StarsHR, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced PM to lead EHR implementation projects transitioning from paper-based charting to digital records.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP with 5+ years of PM experience, has 7–9 years in project management, and is a PA resident able to work two days on-site weekly at the Harrisburg office. OCM and health IT experience are highly preferred.

Job description

Location: Harrisburg, PA(2 Days onsite per week)

REQUIREMENTS:

• The successful candidate will have experience with the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system where the customer was employing a paper-based charting system.


• Possess Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for a minimum of '5' years, MUST UPLOAD A VALID COPY OF PMP CERTIFICATION WITH CANDIDATE SUBMISSION.


• Must currently reside in PA. OUT OF STATE CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.


• Be able to work in the Harrisburg office two (2) days a week as requested.


• Participate with Program Office staff in off-site meetings (i.e., State Health Centers), if required/requested.


• Seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant Project Management experience proving they have/can perform the role effectively.


• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers is preferred.


• Experience with EHR and/or EMR, health informatics, and health IT.


• Directs, administers, manages, and facilitates enhancement(s), re-engineering of a business process(es) for a developmental project.
