Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager (Developer - Hybrid) to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate development projects in a dynamic, collaborative setting. You will manage budgets, schedules and quality across design, permitting, procurement, and construction phases.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management experience in development or construction, with proficiency in Procore and related tools. Hybrid work and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments.
  • Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer or owner preferred.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining budgets, schedules and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of development process including preconstruction, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities and ownership teams.
  • Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, contract administration, risk management and change order management.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proactive issue resolution.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to project sites.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple development projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and owners to keep projects on track.
  • Review drawings, budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Monitor risks, change orders and contract administration to protect timelines and costs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations across teams.

Job Details
