Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager (Developer) to lead multiple commercial construction projects in a hybrid work setting in Minneapolis, MN. The role requires strong collaboration with developers, owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, and a track record of managing budgets and schedules.

Minimum a Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field, plus 5+ years of PM experience in development or design-build environments.

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments.
  • Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer or owner is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of the complete development process, including preconstruction, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and ownership teams.
  • Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and change order management.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to travel periodically to project sites as needed.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently within a hybrid work environment.
  • Commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
