Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Superintendent (Fully Integrated Developer) to lead large-scale commercial and multifamily projects in Kansas City. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure progress aligns with budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a superintendent, strong leadership and communication skills, deep safety knowledge, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as Superintendent on large-scale commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.
  • Experience coordinating subs, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
  • Strong ability to read drawings, specifications and contract documents.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and site safety practices.
  • Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination.
  • Review drawings, specifications and contract documents to resolve issues.

Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 per year

Job Details
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage field operations from site mOur Clientlization through project completion.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel while maintaining project schedules.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Experience conducting subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining safe job sites.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams.
  • Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as required.
