Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a driven Construction Project Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead multifamily and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with a high-performing team to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

The role offers exposure to luxury developments and opportunities to influence project outcomes within a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Minimum 3+ years of PM experience and proven track record are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience leading multifamily or mixed-use construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

Description

As the Project Manager, you will lead construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Successfully led at least 1-2 construction projects from start to completion
  • Experience with multifamily construction, mixed-use construction, or comparable commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
  • Ability to analyze project financials and manage project costs effectively
