Guidehouse seeks a seasoned program manager to lead project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation and multi-workstream coordination. You will track progress, resolve issues, and ensure activities stay aligned with scope and schedule while meeting stakeholder expectations.
The role supports interface, data and testing workstreams, coordinating across VA, SI and subcontractor teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project planning and strong communications skills, with PMP/SAFe certifications
Manages project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, communications, and coordination across multiple workstreams. Supports successful execution of program objectives by tracking progress, resolving issues, and managing dependencies among functional and technical teams. Ensures project activities remain aligned with scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
Support program execution across interface, conversion, data cleanse, transition, testing, documentation, and stakeholder workstreams. Manage project plans, IPS updates, dependencies, action items, issues, risks, schedules, meeting materials, PMR/WPR inputs, Agile reports, deliverable tracking, readiness coordination, and cross-team communications; support PM and workstream leads in maintaining alignment across VA, SI, subcontractor, technical, and functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
