Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-workstream software program for GrantSolutions. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams across the full SDLC, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and executive reporting.

We are actively seeking a high-performing Agile Project Manager to support our GrantSolutions contract. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale agile software development program, overseeing multiple workstreams across the full system development lifecycle, including UX/UI design and deployment activities (e.g., UAT, training, and rollout).
The Agile Project Manager will drive schedule, scope, and resource management in an iterative environment, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all project activities, providing leadership across 2+ Scrum teams and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to ensure delivery success.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
