Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance to support Department efforts in building integrated management capabilities and real-time insight. The role involves cross-boundary collaboration, process standardization, and rapid immersion into complex missions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of PM experience, with up to 10% travel. Salary ranges from $113,000 to $188,000 per year, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree; four years of additional professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum eight years of experience in program and project management roles.

• Embed with operational components and rapidly develop an understanding of their complex missions, key initiatives, resource deployment, master schedules, and related elements.
• Work with management to identify and execute against opportunities to improve business processes across the board.

What You Will Do

• Standardize and mature all daily business workflows and operations, utilizing templates, streamlined mechanisms, and new platforms as needed
• Embed with operational components and rapidly develop an understanding of their complex missions, key initiatives, resource deployment, master schedules, and related elements
• Work with management to identify and execute against opportunities to improve business processes across the board

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience serving in program and project management roles

What Would Be Nice To Have

• TEN (10)+ years of experience in program and project management roles
• Master’s degree
• PMP certification
• A passion for building collaborative relationships and working toward shared mission aims
• An ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
