Job summary

The Reynolds Company is expanding its Data Center Vertical and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex mission-critical construction projects. The role involves coordinating with customers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal financial performance.

Ideal candidates will have data center or mission-critical facility experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large equipment projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong financial, organizational, and customer-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from purchase order through final completion and closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.
• Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, Manufacturers, Engineering, and Contractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.
