Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP and CSA construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong programme, cost and schedule management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Texas for the duration of the contract.
• Experience with major US data center operators / GCs.

• Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
