$110,000 - $130,000 Base + Excellent Bonus + Long-Term Project Pipeline

We're partnering with one of Dallas' premier luxury custom home builders to recruit an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional homes with uncompromising attention to quality.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established builder with a strong reputation in the high-end residential market, delivering bespoke homes typically valued at $4M+. The Role

As Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, budget, and schedule. You'll work closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to create exceptional homes while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who have a background in:

• Luxury custom homes
• High-end residential construction
• Boutique or luxury multifamily developments (also considered).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing premium construction projects from start to finish
• A genuine passion for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Experience managing project budgets, buyouts, bids, forecasting, and cost control
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
