Invoke Staffing partners with a luxury residential builder to recruit an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a client-focused, detail-driven environment. You will lead the construction of high-end custom homes from preconstruction through completion, collaborating with design teams and trade partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in luxury residential construction or high-end renovations.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple custom residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, homeowners, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead preconstruction planning, scope reviews, and subcontractor buyout activities.
  • Monitor project costs and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and budget updates to homeowners and leadership.
  • Manage selections, allowances, and client-requested changes.
  • Ensure projects comply with all applicable building codes and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of luxury custom home construction, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, quality control, and project execution. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between homeowners, design teams, field personnel, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple custom residential construction projects from start to finish.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience working on luxury custom homes valued at $3M+.
  • Knowledge of residential estimating and preconstruction processes.
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar construction management platforms.
