Job summary

Pursuit, a premier luxury home builder in Texas, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar custom home projects across the Frisco/DFW market. This role focuses on full-cycle luxury residential construction and acts as the main conduit between high-net-worth clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Absolute requirements include 2+ years in custom luxury residential construction and 5+ years in residential or commercial construction management,

• 5+ years of residential or commercial construction management experience.
• Strong tenure and proven project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-million-dollar luxury residential projects end-to-end.
• Serve as the main point of contact between high-net-worth clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure exceptional execution, communication, and quality from start to finish.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.

This role is focused on managing full-cycle luxury residential construction projects while serving as the key point of contact between high-net-worth clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional execution, communication, and quality from start to finish.
