We Search People partners with a premier Dallas luxury custom home builder to recruit an experienced Project Manager who delivers bespoke homes with uncompromising quality. The role oversees projects from pre-construction to completion, coordinating clients, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure craftsmanship, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing premium construction projects from start to finish.
• Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience budgeting, buyouts, bids, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Work with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure higher standards of craftsmanship, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
