Job summary

BFL Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout in a dynamic building portfolio. You will own profitability, manage client relationships, and steer the project team toward on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 8+ years with a General Contractor, a construction management degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. You will collaborate across office and field teams to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through final close-out
• Establish project strategy, execution plans, and performance expectations
• Direct and align Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and support staff
• Resolve complex project issues involving scope, cost, schedule, and risk
• Develop and implement recovery strategies when schedule or budget performance is at risk
