Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through delivery. You will manage budgets, subcontractors, safety, and client communications, serving as the primary client liaison.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in construction management and 5+ years managing multimillion-dollar projects, with BIM software experience (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Experience working with environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction technology and BIM software (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam preferred).

As a Project Manager your primary responsibilities include:

• Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards.
• Regularly prepare and present communications to clients, as their main point of contacts.

What You Bring to Us

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
