Job summary

BFL Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from preconstruction through closeout and warranty. You will own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow, and work with the Superintendent and accounting team for successful execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years with a General Contractor, a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, and a track record of managing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a General Contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or Equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with individual project values up to $50 million.
• Demonstrated full financial ownership of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management
• Minimum 5+ years of experience directly managing Project Engineer(s) or equivalent support staff
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required), Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
• Ensure alignment between schedule, budget, and field execution.
• Meet schedule milestones or implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendent for execution and planning.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and change management.
• Drive proactive issue resolution.
