The Specialized Recruiting group is a hiring a Construction Owner's Rep for a leading manufacturer of high-quality cabinet hardware in Charlotte. The Owner's Rep will support the operations of the Project Management team, ensuring strategic project execution and coordination. This position requires an individual who is a team player with strong inter-personal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. This role reports directly to the PMO, while following guidance that aligns with our corporate structure.

Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as project management, construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 5 years of project management or leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Proven ability to facilitate small groups to foster and maintain teamwork.
• Comprehension of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid).
• Strong business centric mindset with ability to drive optimal business outcomes.
• Familiarity with a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software.

Requirements

• Manage construction and manufacturing facility upgrade projects from design to closeout.
