This role involves overseeing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The candidate must live in Maryland as travel to various job sites across the greater Maryland area is required.

What You Will Do

1. Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the project timeline.
2. Recruit and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
3. Strive to complete projects below budget, seeking cost reduction and process streamlining.
4. Manage project timelines and respond to inspections.
5. Deliver equipment to job sites as needed.
6. Conduct final inspections and document property conditions with photos.

About You

1. 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
