House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. This role oversees 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. While this is a remote position, the candidate must reside in Virginia and be willing to travel to various job sites across the greater DMV area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing 3-6 projects per month within set timelines
2. Recruiting and managing contractors and subcontractors
3. Reducing costs and streamlining construction processes
4. Managing project timelines and responding to inspections
5. Delivering equipment to sites as needed
6. Conducting final inspections and documenting the work

About You:

• 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
