House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager who will be responsible for project management of our home renovations. This person will oversee all aspects of 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring completion according to the timeline.

This person must live in Maryland as they will drive to various job sites throughout the greater Maryland area.

What you will do:

• Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the set timeline
• Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
• Strive to complete projects below budget and seek cost reductions
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Deliver equipment to job sites if needed
• Conduct final inspections and document the work with photos

About You:

• 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
