This role involves overseeing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. It is a remote position, but the candidate must live in Virginia and be willing to travel to various job sites throughout the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing 3-6 projects per month according to timelines
2. Recruiting and managing contractors and subcontractors
3. Reducing costs and streamlining construction processes
4. Managing project timelines and inspections
5. Delivering equipment to sites as needed
6. Conducting final inspections and documenting property conditions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $105,000 per year, including base and bonus.
