It is a remote position that requires travel to various job sites throughout the greater DMV area; applicants must reside in Virginia.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing 3-6 projects per month according to timelines
• Recruiting and managing contractors and subcontractors
• Reducing costs and streamlining construction processes
• Managing project timelines and inspections
• Delivering equipment to sites as needed
• Conducting final inspections and documenting the work

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
